Coaching for Leadership

This year’s theme for leadership development is “coaching.” Each year a concept from the ITU Managerial Competencies: the Four Pillars is selected to explore in further detail. Coaching is an element in the Leading and Managing People pillar of the ITU Managerial Competencies. Coaching was selected as a theme after it kept surfacing as a topic of particular interest in surveys and consultant interviews of ITU managers.
