This year’s theme for leadership development is “change management.” Each year a concept from the ITU Managerial Competencies: the Four Pillars is selected to explore in further detail. This year, retreats and training events will focus on the Managing Resources pillar, specifically focusing on how ITU managers can manage change within their departments, their staff and the university.
