Input, Inquiry and Interactions: Moving Forward in Challenging Times

This year’s theme for leadership development is “Input, Inquiry and Interactions: Moving Forward in Challenging Times.” This year's leadership development activities will be designed to encourage managers to reflect on their own behavior and the impact it has on input, inquiry and interactions in their role as leaders within an organization. The day long retreat will include exercises in appreciative inquiry, ladder of inference and reframing. The exercises are designed to provide managers with tools to aid them in becoming more effective communicators and gatherers of information. These skills are invaluable in making good organizational decisions.
